SKU: Fibre 20/30/50 Watt | IR 1064 Status: Out of stock

The DFL Ventus Marker from the Economy Fibre product series is an easy-to-use, reliable, robust, class 4 fibre laser system. It benefits from a much more budget-friendly price point than the fibre laser systems from the Business Fibre product series, making it the ideal entry-level fibre laser marking system for standard applications. The DFL Ventus Marker fulfils the requirements of the functional safety directives and standards as set out in DIN EN ISO 13849-1. All its optical, electronic and mechanical components are integrated in a compact housing. The laser head can be detached as required. All fibre lasers feature an air cooler.

Properties

The DFL Ventus Marker from the Economy series is a high-performance fibre laser system for simple, fast marking applications on metals and plastics. Despite the simplicity of its design and operation, the DFL Ventus Marker is a reliable, durable system. It can achieve incredibly black marking results on stainless steel in particular.

To upgrade the system to laser safety class 1, the Workstation Basic protective casing is available and is optimally designed for this laser system. Additionally, all ACI's laser systems can be used as integration components in an automated system.

Software

The laser system is controlled using our proprietary Magic Mark marking software. This software enables workpieces to be marked with text, graphics, codes (data matrix codes, barcodes), serial numbers and logos. It can also be used to achieve uniform markings around the perimeter of workpieces with rotational symmetry. An intelligent user privilege management system facilitates the creation of different user groups. This way, the laser system can be adjusted to cater for the user's specific requirements. When using the laser system in automated production lines, fully automated operation – including data exchange with various data sources – can be achieved without any difficulties. Optionally, plugins such as the code or script module can be used to add extra functions to the Magic Mark software.
