Support labor quick locating the material and screwing position.
Detect and inform the labor when the screw tightening is finished with enough torque (torque controler build-in).
Interlock: the lid only open after all screws are tightened to all position.

Low cost. Reduce effect of labor to product quality.
Single/double head optional. Screw feeding automatically.
Screw head is held on Z cylinder. Reduce effect of labor to product quality (push strength, push length, push time).
Screw tighten torque controlled by current sensor. 8 torque levels set by mechanical adjustment.
Positioning jig can be modified to suitable for multiple model.
